We want to ensure your child is fully engaged in a positive student experience. We have created 3600 square metres of communal space, split between The Link and The Commons. The Link is a state-of-the-art, high-tech co-working space with individual work stations and meeting rooms that are all placed in an ergonomic environment. The Commons is a space for students to relax, meet friends and have fun. Our Marketing Team will also organises internal events such as resume writing, cooking classes to external trips from Rottnest to Margaret River.
For bookings over 90 days, a WA State Government Residential Tenancy Act (referred to as RTA) contract will be created and a payment of 6 weeks is required. The 6 week payment is made up of a 4-week deposit/bond and 2 weeks worth of rent in advance. This will be paid via the online portal called DEFT prior to check-in and may be fully or partially refunded after student check out & room inspection is satisfactory.

For bookings under 90 days, a credit card is required upon check in and a hold of $200 will be taken as guarantee against any damages or extra services. The holding amount will be released fully or partially after student check out & room inspection is satisfactory.

Bookings at Campus Perth cannot be cancelled or refunded (unless visa is declined prior to arrival).
(A) The Student can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty provided a written notice has been provided to Campus Perth at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date.
(B) If cancellation is made to Campus Perth less than 30 days before the tenancy agreement start date, the Student will be responsible for paying rent until a replacement tenant has been found. The rent paid in advance may be retained partially or in full as per Campus Perth’s discretion.
(C) A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus Perth at least 14 days before the tenancy agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming decline of offer and/or visa. Administration fee of $100 is applicable.
D) Bookings less than 90 days cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Campus Perth accepts students aged 17 and above. Students under the age of 18 will require parent guardian consent which will involve a signed form to ensure they can stay with us during their studies. We will conduct daily checks on the student and curfews are in place. Should a student under the age of 18 request to leave the premises overnight we will require written confirmation from the guardian.
All inclusive means that bills (electricity/water/air-conditioner) and unlimited Wi-Fi is included in the weekly rent rate. Community events are free of charge to attend. Laundry facilities are also provided, with a cost of $3 per load..
