We want to ensure your child is fully engaged in a positive student experience. We have created 3600 square metres of communal space, split between The Link and The Commons. The Link is a state of the art, high-tech co-working space with individual work stations and meeting rooms that are all placed in an ergonomic environment. The Commons will be a space for students to relax, meet friends and experience weekly events. Our Community Engagement Manager will also organise internal events such as resume writing, cooking classes to external trips from Rottnest to Margaret River.
To secure your stay, 2 weeks deposit is required upfront and will go towards the first 2 weeks of rent. As per WA State Government Residential Tenancy Act, (referred to as RTA) a 4 week bond is required to be paid via Campus Perth prior to check in and may be fully or partially refunded 2 weeks after student check out & room inspection is satisfactory. For stays under 90 days, full payment will be made prior to check-in.

Payment for the room can be made in advanced fortnightly instalments through direct bank transfer.
(A) The Student can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty provided a written notice has been provided to Campus Perth at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date.
(B) If cancellation is made to Campus Perth less than 30 days before the tenancy agreement start date, the Student will be responsible for paying rent until a replacement tenant has been found. The rent paid in advance may be retained partially or in full as per Campus Perth’s discretion.
(C) A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus Perth at least 14 days before the tenancy agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming decline of offer and/or visa.
Campus Perth accepts students aged 17 and above. Students under the age of 18 will require parent guardian consent which will involve a signed form to ensure they can stay with us during their studies. They will be in touch with a Residential Advisor once a week so they are fully supported throughout their stay.
There are no additional costs to the set room rate.
