We want to ensure your child is fully engaged in a positive student experience. We have created 4400 square metres of communal space, split between The Link, The Commons, Gym, Rooftop, Garden and much more. The Link is a state-of-the-art, high-tech co-working space with individual workstations and meeting rooms that are all placed in an ergonomic environment. The Commons is a space for students to relax, meet friends and have fun. Our Marketing Team will also organises internal events such as resume writing, cooking lessons, yoga classes and painting seminars.
For bookings over 90 days, a WA State Government Residential Tenancy Act (referred to as RTA) contract will be created and a payment of 6 weeks is required. The 6 week payment is made up of a 4-weeks security bond and 2 weeks deposit worth of rent in advance. This will be paid via our online portal or bank transfer prior to check-in and may be fully or partially refunded after student check out & room inspection is satisfactory.

For bookings under 90 days, a credit card is required upon check in and a hold of $200/ or $500 in case of Studios will be taken as guarantee against any damages or extra services. The holding amount will be released fully or partially after student check out & room inspection is satisfactory.

Bookings at Campus Perth cannot be cancelled or refunded (unless visa is declined prior to arrival).
No Visa? / No Pay
If you are unable to secure your Student Visa or obtain a place at the education provider you applied to, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

To be eligible:
  • Written notice must be provided to Campus Perth at least 1 week before your booked arrival or agreement start date; and
  • You must provide official written confirmation from the embassy and/or educational institution confirming your visa refusal and/or enrolment outcome.
Date Changes
  • Changes to booking dates are subject to availability.
  • To change your check-in date, please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice before arrival. No admin fees apply.
Cancelling for Other Reasons?

Short Stays (bookings under 90 days)
  • Cancellation before arrival
    If you cancel your booking, the security deposit will not be refunded.
  • Early departure
    If you need to leave before your booked departure date, please provide at least 2 weeks’ written notice. Security deposit will not be refunded.
Long Stays (bookings over 90 days – Residential Tenancy Agreement)
Please note that bookings over 90 days are covered by a Residential Tenancy Agreement (RTA) under Australian law.
  • Cancellation before move-in
    If you cancel before your agreement starts, the 2-week deposit is non-refundable.
  • After your tenancy has started
    • Once your Residential Tenancy Agreement has commenced, the agreement cannot simply be cancelled.
    • You will be responsible for rent payments until a replacement tenant is found (by you), in line with your agreement and applicable legislation in WA.
Campus Perth accepts students aged 17 and above. Students under the age of 18 will require parent guardian consent which will involve a signed form to ensure they can stay with us during their studies. Campus Perth also ensures that daily checks on the students will take place.
All inclusive means that bills (electricity/water/air-conditioner) and unlimited Wi-Fi is included in the weekly rent rate. Community events are free of charge to attend. Laundry facilities are also provided, with a cost of $4 per load.
