What contract lengths do you provide?
We understand the importance of being able to have flexible lease options to suit all types of students, so we created contracts from 12-21 weeks, 22 weeks, 44 weeks and 52 weeks.
How many beds do you have?
Campus Perth has a total of 726 beds across our 11-storey high building
How many rooms do you have?
318 rooms in four different configurations: Studio, Twodio, Campus 4 & Cluster 6
Who can live at Campus Perth?
Any student, domestic and international, aged 17+ who is enrolled in a Perth university, vocational college, English school or registered training provider.
How will you handle 17 year olds?
Under 18s will be placed in the same rooms and floors with other under 18s so they can be monitored and kept safe easily. We require that the under 18 students must also have a guardian within Australia who is responsible for the student. Campus Perth also ensures that the daily checks on the student and curfews are in place and should the student request to leave Campus Perth overnight, we require a written confirmation from the guardian.

Yes, unless otherwise requested.

What are your security features?
Safety and security is our top priority at Campus Perth. Our features include:
• 24/7 CCTV camera’s.
• Swipe cards for building and room access.
• Next door to Perth’s largest police station.
• Live in Residential Advisors who have a direct line to the General Manager.
• 24/7 on call doctors.
• Lockable draws for each student in each room.
• No gender mix in shared rooms

How will you be across cultural differences?
We are taking a proactive approach by ensuring that our whole team understand how diverse each culture is. All students will have to participate in an orientation program where we will clearly state Campus Rules which will address expectations on considerate and harmonious community living, Australian values and the approachability of our Residential Advisors to communicate any issues (big or small).

It has the best student diversity, offers 40% off public transport, has a great arts and cultural scene. It has been frequently ranked in the top 10 live-able cities ranking #7 last year (2017). The Federal Government has confirmed that Perth is to be re-classified as a ‘region’ for international students. From 16 November 2019, international students in Perth will have improved access to points-tested visas. The new Federal scheme will also provide international higher education and post-graduate students in Perth access to an additional year of post-study work, as well as access to regional scholarships
